Heroin in Suffolk County

Robert Delagi, director of Suffolk County EMS and Public Health Emergency Preparedness, will speak on the heroin crisis in Suffolk County and the county emergency medical service's response to the crisis, which includes training members of the public on the use of Narcan (generic: naloxone) and distributing home Narcan kits (to more than 4,500 people to date).
